How long will my coffee last?
We recommend you use your whole coffee beans within 6 weeks of receiving your order. If your order your coffee pre-ground, we recommend consuming it within 2 weeks of opening!
Our office requires invoices, can I request these?
Absolutely! Your invoice is attached to your confirmation email. If you need anything else, please shoot us an email orders@coffco.com.au!

How fresh are your beans?
We know that quality is king, so our beans are in the mail and on their way to you within 48-72 hours of roasting.
Can I order whole beans or ground beans?
We offer whole and ground beans. If you have a grinder at home, we recommend you order whole beans to grind at home for the freshest coffee experience! If not, our coarse and fine grind options are great options too!
