The purpose of these terms and conditions is to describe the rules under which a Coff & Co. giveaway sweepstakes operates. For the purposes of this agreement, the words giveaway and sweepstakes will be used interchangeably.
Our giveaways are open to Victorian participants who are at least 18 years old and follow the instructions listed in the giveaway landing page, blog post, and/or social media post. Winner may only win 1 giveaway per 6 month period.
The competition must be entered by following the instructions detailed on the giveaway landing page, blog post, and/or social media post. The entrant must fulfil all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize.
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and abide by the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Coff & Co. as final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
Entries will be accepted for the time period described on the giveaway landing page or post. If exact start and end times are not detailed, then entries will be accepted from the time of the first giveaway post until 7am (GMT+10) on the final date listed.
Winners receive prizes the same as or similar to those described on the giveaway landing page, blog post, and/or social media post for the sweepstakes. The prize is non-transferable. Coff & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
Winner(s) must claim the prize within 48 hours from the time Coff & Co. announces the winner(s). The instructions for claiming the specific prize will be sent to the winner after the announcement is made. If prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Coff & Co. is not obligated to send the prize.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners of the sweepstakes will be selected at random using a random number generator. Winner will be announced on our social media November 30th 2021.
By entering one of our contests, you give full consent to Coff & Co. to contact you by social media, email, or other means. Giveaway winners grant Coff & Co. permission to share their email address with the giveaway co-sponsor (i.e. the company or publisher whose product we are giving away).
Coff & Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the sweepstakes for any reason and at any time. Coff & Co. has the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries for any reason.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Coff & Co. and any of its affiliates or any party acting on its behalf of all liability. Coff & Co. shall not be held responsible for any damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether or not it is caused by negligence.
